Joe earned his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law In Pittsburgh. He practiced law for 16 years supported by his membership in the Pennsylvania, Florida and District of Columbia Bar Associations as well as the US Supreme Court.  He is the Principal of the Breman Group serving organizations that impact our world.

Joe has served on the Boards of several local, national, and international organizations. He became VP of a commercial real estate developer and served as a consultant for Israel’s Chaim Sheba Medical Center and Board member of several organizations including the Israel Economic Council in South Florida. And was the CEO of the Alexander Muss High School in Israel, an internationally acclaimed school for American high school juniors and seniors. Joe completed ten years of affiliation with Israel’s Ben-Gurion University where he served as a Major Gifts Officer. Joe has been a consultant to many “impact” organizations, including many in Western Colorado.
